The roof TV aerial was lop sided due to the recent high winds, so I found the Aerial Company on this site and left a voicemail, which Luke returned promptly. He arranged a time to assess what was required and suggested two options. One was to fit a more heavy duty bracket to the chimney to hold the existing aerial, or for a small amount more to fit a more light weight aerial. It made sense to fit a brand new aerial as I wasn't sure of the age of the existing equipment and Luke carried out the work straight away (half an hour from start to finish). Happy to recommend Aerial Company.

Called Luke at 13:30, found him on Checkatrade, he was in the Fetcham area, advised me he would try to call in same day or next to take a look. Weather was starting to get bad again. He turned up at 15:00, informed me of all my options, and some good advice about the state of our chimney. I agreed on a new lighter pole and modern aerial. He was not pushing for this and would have replaced the old pole to the new chimney bracket, but good on him to point out all options, and allowed me to decide, no pressure just good advice.
